If for some reason you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, we will do everything in our power to ensure you are happy. Please review our simple exchange policy for more information.
Items can be exchanged, or returned, for store credit only within our 14 day exchange policy with receipt.
- All sale items are final sale, including items purchased online with discount codes.
- Exchanged items must remain un-washed, un-worn with all tags attached.
- Sale items are final sale, no exceptions. As well as intimates, pyjamas and jewelry.
- We cannot be held responsible for wrongfully entered shipping details resulting in lost or returned packages. Please make sure you entered the correct shipping address at checkout
- Cancellations - Once an order has been processed we cannot modify or change the order at this time including adding discounts. Please contact us right away if any mistake was made before your order is processed.
- International (outside of Canada) orders are final sale.
- Shipping is non refundable, unless there is a mistake made on our end. All items are inspected and shipped in pristine condition, however if you feel you have received a damaged item please contact us about the issue within 3 business days. Please be sure to inspect your items as soon as you get them, your happiness is our goal!
- Need to return an online order? Shipping, insurance and tracking are the responsibility of the customer. Once we receive the package, we will inspect the item before processing the credit. Please include your original packing slip with your return. A gift card in the amount of the item will be sent to you by email.
- CHRISTMAS POLICY: Purchases made on or after November 15th will be included in our Christmas return policy. Last day for exchange or return is January 8, 2022. Your return must be postmarked by that date or it will be subject to a re-stocking fee.
